About

the candidate

Mark Caserta is a husband, father, grandfather, conservative Christian, and proud West Virginian. He has spent his life serving his community and standing for strong values rooted in faith and common sense. Mark believes elected officials should work for the people—not for a career in politics. That’s why he fights for term limits, transparency, and policies that lower everyday costs for families, including the rising price of beef that impacts households across West Virginia.

1

Term Limits for Politicians

Political power should never become a lifetime career. Mark strongly supports term limits to ensure fresh ideas, honest leadership, and accountability to voters.

2

Lowering Beef Prices & Everyday Grocery Costs

Food prices are out of control. The cost of beef is hitting families hard. Mark supports policies that help farmers, reduce regulations, and strengthen local producers so families can afford essentials again.

3

Protecting Families & Traditional Values

Strong families make strong communities. Mark will defend faith, life, parental rights, and the traditional values West Virginians stand for.

4

Supporting Law Enforcement & Public Safety

Mark stands with police officers and first responders. Safe neighborhoods and respect for law enforcement are essential for community stability.

5

Growing Jobs & Strengthening the Economy

Mark supports pro-business policies, fewer burdensome regulations, and job growth that keeps opportunity in West Virginia.

6

Defending Constitutional Rights

Mark will always protect West Virginians’ freedoms—especially religious liberty, free speech, and the Second Amendment.
